Itsmay.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA debit cards, all Mastercard debit cards, MobilePay and ViaBill. The payment will be withdrawn from your account when the goods are shipped.
All amounts are in US$. Danish kroner and is incl. vat.
Itsmay.dk user approved the payment server, which encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can't read your information.
Itsmay.dk's packages will be shipped the same day (if the order is made before 12.00 on a weekday). The packages are provided under normal circumstances within 1-3 business days. Packages will be sent with GLS or DAO. International orders are shipped with GLS or DHL.
Danish mangelsregler apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the warranty of 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the goods repaired,
exchanged, money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will arrange for the freight costs, by the use of our free returmetode. The goods must always be shipped back in proper packaging. Remember the receipt for shipment, so that you can prove that the item is sent to us.

The return in the context of complaints takes place via a label which will be sent to you by customer service, or via returportalen.
We receive neither packages without delivery or packets transmitted per. cash on delivery.
4. THE EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT
It is easy and quickly to replace your items with these 4 steps:
4.1. Use our returportal https://return.shipmondo.com/itsmay and write which products should be returned and what they need to be exchanged for, as well as order a return label. You will now receive a return label and the return form pr. mail. They can also be downloaded in the portal immediately after completion of the request. Print both of them.
4.2. Unpack your goods and returskemaet securely down. Make sure the products are folded neatly together as when you received them. Please note that we reserve the right to withhold a lesser amount equal to the product condition, if the above is not complied with.
4.3. Attach the return label to the package's largest surface, so that it is visible and legible. (Please note that your return label is unique, and can only be used once - please contact us by any problems).
4.4. Dispose of the package in your nearest GLS pakkeshop.
Note it is free to exchange the item for another, but there can only be exchanged for products with a cheaper or similar price. This is not the case, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method
5. THE RETURN OF A PRODUCT
It is easy and fast to return your goods with these 4 steps:

You will now receive a return label and the return form pr. mail. They can also be downloaded in the portal immediately after completion of the request. Print both of them.

You are responsible for your return package is packed securely and that it is submitted properly in a GLS pakkeshop and that you can provide documentation for the consignment in the form of a receipt and tracking number. 6. The right of WITHDRAWAL
Given 14 days full right of cancellation/return policy on unused items purchased in our Webshop.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you received your item. You will also not be able to access our returportal then. If you have ordered more
different goods in one order but are delivered separately, the time limit begins from the day on which you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt, access our returportal and send the products back. Send you on their own and for their own account, you must contact us pr. mail within 14 days. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us of this within 14 days after receipt of the product.

7. TO THE DISMAY OF PART OF THE PURCHASE
If you have bought multiple items from us, you have the option to send one or more of the products return, even if they are purchased in one order.
8. THE PRODUCT CONDITION WHEN YOU SEND THE RETURN
You are only liable for any deterioration of the product value, resulting from the handling other than what is
is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, properties and the way it works. In other words – you
can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which
means that you know the dismay of purchase only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the

We reverse the money with the same means of payment as you used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that the return has arrived with us.
